What kind of problem are you having?

I can't figure out how to do something

If there is something you'd like to do, but you can't figure out how to do it. Please try these things:

Use your program's built-in help system If the question is related to a particular dialog of your program and there is a yellow question mark at the top right of that dialog, click that question mark or press F1 on your keyboard. Depending on how your program is configured, you'll either get a help screen related to that dialog or the PDF of the User's Guide will open with the current page set to the section of the manual that deals with that dialog.
Post a question to the SKY Index Users Group or search the group to see if your question is already answered. You can ask a community of SKY Index users a question to see if they have an answer for you. The SKY Index Users Group is a Q&A Forum where you can ask questions or search the previous posts to see if your question is already answered.

Note
: You must first join the group before you can search or post questions. If you have not already subscribed, just click the purple "Join Group" button when you reach the SKY Index Users Group web page.

To search SKY Index Users Group (you must be a member of the group), click here. To join the group, send an email with the subject "Join request" to "skyindexusers-subscribe@yahoogroups.com". Adding a message about why you want to join may speed up your acceptance but is optional.
