What is the SKY Software Customer Support System?
The SKY Software Customer Support System (CSS) is a combination of two services. The first is a feedback system that allows you to report problems you may encounter while using your program. This might be a simple documentation error or a malfunction of the program. The second is a collection of forums where SKY Software customers can create queries to find answers to questions from other SKY Index owners. It is also a place where customers can make feature suggestions for future releases of the program. The forums can be searched and there is already a significant wealth of information available and more information is being added all the time.
We highly recommend that you create a CSS account because it is a great way to learn about SKY Index and to share your own expertise. There are even forums specifically for indexing students.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, enter the link below in your Internet browser.
In the resulting web page, click the Login button which will lead to a page that will allow you to create a new account. Creation of the account requires validation of your email address and we may also require a moderator’s approval.
Who do I contact if I have a problem creating an account?
If you have a problem creating your account, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include a detailed description of the problem you are having.
How do I ask a question?
To ask a question, login to your account (www.feedback.sky-software.com) and then click on the Forums link at the top of the web page. Then click on the Forums Map link, choose the forum that most closely matches the nature of your question and then, after searching the forum to make sure the question has not already been answered, click on the Submit a Query to this forum button.
