I Can't Figure Out How to do Something. How can I get help?

To get assistance with how to do something with SKY Index, you need to send a query to the SKY Index User's group. Below are instruction on how to join and how to send a query if you're already a member.

How do I join?

To join the group, send an email with the subject "Join request" to skyindexusers+subscribe@googlegroups.com. Adding a message about why you want to join may speed up your acceptance but is optional. Send the email from the email account you wish to use to send and receive user group messages from.

How do I ask a question?

If you have already joined the group and want to ask a question, send an email with your query to: skyindexusers@googlegroups.com. To join, see "How do I join?" above.

Who do I contact if I have a problem subscribing?

If you have a problem subscribing or accessing the group, please send an email to skyindexusers+owner@googlegroups.com with an explanation of your problem.
