How to upgrade to SKY Index 7.0

If you would like to upgrade to SKY Index Professional v7.0 from an earlier version of SKY Index or from the Student Edition of SKY Index, the information below will provide you with information on the cost and on how to place your order.

How do I place my order?

Note: Upgrades can be ordered online only.

Here is the process:

  1. Send an email to sales@sky-software.com stating that you would like to upgrade to SKY Index Professional v7.0 and the product that you are upgrading from. Be sure to include your full name. Including your current registration information will be helpful too.

  2. After eligibility to upgrade is verified, you will receive a reply from SKY Software that will include a link to a URL that will let you pay for your upgrade using PayPal. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to place the order. You only need a credit card.

  3. Clicking on the link provided will take you to a PayPal order page. The top of the page will show what is being ordered and the price that will be charged. Please verify the charge is what you expected from the above chart. If it is not, please contact SKY Software about the problem. Assuming it is correct, follow the instructions on that page to place your order.

  4. After your payment has been received, you should receive an email within 24 hours (usually within 10 minutes) that will provide you with a link to the download page for SKY Index Professional v7.0 and with your registration information.
