Cross-references are a trivial matter with SKY Index. With a
couple of mouse clicks you can tell SKY Index whether cross-references go at the
top or bottom of a list of subheadings, whether cross-references should be
italicized, underlined or have no formatting. There are also six preset styles
to choose from for "See" and "See also" cross-references. If you don't see the
style needed, simply specify the style yourself.

New in version 6.0
-
Cross-reference
placement is now determined by cross-reference
options rather than where and how you enter the
cross-reference in your index. This makes changing
cross-reference placement a matter of a few mouse
clicks.
-
You can now specify
how orphan cross-references are handled. You can
specify both a unique format and placement.
