Suggestions
Would you like to make suggestions for future versions
of SKY Index? If you have a suggestion, please send your suggestion to
us by

Return Policy
All returns must be authorized and have a return
authorization number (RMA).
If the envelope containing the program disk has not been
opened, you may return SKY Index within 30 days of the invoice date for
a full refund. Returned items must be in new resalable condition and
none of the accompanying materials can have been written on. No refunds
will be issued if the program disk envelope has been opened or if the
program was e-mailed to the purchaser.

Warranty
The software distribution media and manuals are
warranted for 90 days from invoice date. You may ask for a replacement
program manual or program media by calling (800) 776-0137.
